Blessed Is He Who Comes In My Name

"Blessed is He who come in the name of the Lord.
Hosanna in the highest!" Matthew 21:9

And I prayed...
Lord Jesus, my heart is filled with joy and sadness at the same time, when I think about how much You love me and that You gave Your life to save me from my sins.

I am filled with so much joy when I think about how much you love me and how patient You have been in teaching me to love and live Your way. I am filled with joy and gratitude that we now have a deep loving relationship that I love and believe in, have total faith in, and absolute trust in. You have shown me Your light and Your power in Love.

But, my heart is filled with sadness when I think how much You gave up and how much You suffered to save me and the world from sin. I owe You my life, my love and my obedience because You gave up Your life to give the world salvation.

Lord thank You for loving me even when I'm not perfect.
Thank You for caring for me even though I'm not worthy.
Thank You that through my weakness You give me strength.
And in my wandering Your light guides me down the right path.

Jesus, may all that is You flow into me and fill me with Your love, Your
joy, and the power of Your Holy Spirit, so I may be a blessing to others
in Your name. I seek Your presence to guide me along the way.
