Where Two Or Three Are Gathered In My Name

Jesus said, "If two of you agree on earth concerning anything that you ask, it will be done for you by the Father in heaven."

"For where two or three are gathered in My name, I am there with you." Matthew 18:19-20

Lord, I live in awe and wonder of the power of Your love to bless us, if only we seek your presence and obey Your commandments.

I experienced the power of these scriptures and of Your love and presence Sunday in church. At the close of the service the minister ask us to join 2 or 3 other people, to pray for each other and bless each other with Your love and approval.

I ask two people that I didn't know, who were sitting alone, to join me in prayer. In my experience of praying with two fellow Christians, I felt Your presence in a way that I had not known before. It was an experience of Your love and presence flowing from You into each of us as we became one with You in prayer and fellowship.

In my prayer time with Sarah and David, as we formed a circle with our hands on each others shoulders, I felt the power of Your love flowing through us as we prayed and encouraged each other in Your love. I felt a new born friendship as we ended our prayers with a group hug. As we sat back down to worship I noticed that we all had tears in our eyes because we knew that we had been touched by God.

Thank You Lord for loving and blessing us so greatly. Thank You for moving so boldly in our lives, and for being our example of Your pure sweet love.

Jesus, may all that is You continue to flow into me and always through me to my sisters and brothers. Jesus, how may I glorify You today?

Jesus said, "Pray without ceasing. Seek My presence, My Holy Spirit, to guide and direct you. Pray for others and with others that all may come to know My love and presence. Be bold and brave in proclaiming My love and salvation. Show everyone the awe and wonder of knowing Me and knowing that I live within each of you."

"Bless others with the knowledge of the freedom from the salvery of sin that I have given you. I have blessed you abundantly, so that you may be a blessing to everyone."
