What Gives You True Joy?

"What gives you true joy in your life?"

Lord, my true joy comes from my relationship with You and from Your love and creativity in me. My true joy comes when You reveal new wisdom to me in our quiet time. It comes when Your words flow through me and I write them in my journal. My true joy comes from loving You and continuing to deepen our loving relationship. My joy comes from loving my family and friends and all those around me. My joy comes from sharing Your spirit, Your love, wisdom, knowledge and understanding with others.

Thank You Lord for my salvation, for Your love, for the freedom to live and love and be creative in Your love and by the power of Your Holy Spirit.

God said, "Receive My word with joy. Enter into My joy with Me."
Matthew 25: 24

Jesus said, "Abide in Me and My words abide in you. Ask for whatever you wish and it will be done for you. My Father is glorified in this, that you bear much fruit and become My disciples.
Abide in My love and keep My commandments. I have said these things to you so that My joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete"
John 15: 7-11

Jesus, may all that is You flow into me and through me to everyone I meet.

Jesus, how may I glorify You today?

Jesus said, "Love one another as I have loved you. Your are My friend and I have made known to you everything that I have heard from the Father. Go and make many friends and share my love and gifts with everyone, that I may be glorified."
John 15:12-17

Lord, I delight in Your love and wisdom and hope and joy and peace. Thank You for making me one of Your children. Amen.
