Let There Be Light

"Let there be light!" And there was light. Genesis 1:3

Lord, the power of Your word is awesome indeed.
Your love and strength is all I need.
You lifted me out of the darkness into the light.
You invited me to be with You to my delight.

"Lord, You are my light and my salvation. You are the strength in my life. You lifted me out of a dark sinful world into Your light of love."
Psalm 27:1

Thank You Lord, for the gift of my salvation. Thank You for saving my life.

"One thing I ask Lord, that I will seek after: to live in Your presence, in Your house all the days of my life." Psalm 27:4

Your word lights up my world. Your spirit leads me into righteousness. Your promises and commandments are my heritage; they are the joy and delight in my heart.
My desire is to love and obey You for the rest of my life.

Jesus, how may I glorify You today?

Jesus said, "Rejoice in the light. Let your light shine brightly for Me in this world. Walk in My light and share my love with everyone."

"Do My work, love one another, and then your light will break forth like the dawn and your healing shall spring up quickly and My glory shall surround you. Then you shall call and I will answer, "Here I am!"

"I will guide you continuously,satisfy your needs, and make you strong."

Lord, I delight in Your word, in Your love and in Your spirit within me. I am filled with gratitude for Your amazing grace in my life.

Let it be as You have said. Let my life be a great example of Your light and Your love. Jesus, may all that is You flow into me, and through me to others. Amen.
