Jesus said, "I take My place at the table with you. I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. I take the cup, giving thanks to the Father, take this and divide it among yourselves.
I take this bread and give thanks to the Father from whom all blessings come, and I break the bread and give it to you. This is My body which is given for you.
Do this in remembrance of Me. I do the same with the cup after supper, this cup that is pured out for you is the new covenant of my blood."
Luke 22:14-20
Lord, communion with You leads me to a new realm of being in the Kingdom with You. I become like You. I am nailed to the cross, and laid in the tomb and with You I am raised up to accompany lost travelers on their journey.
After communion with You and my brothers and sisters there is a new bond of love created between You and me and them. We are no longer alone, but are one together with You, studying Your scriptures together as the Holy Spirit reveals their full meaning to us.
Lord, with You I no longer belong to a world that keeps dividing, judging, separating, and evaluating. I now belong to You.
Jesus, You are awesome and amazing. Thank You for saving my life. Thank You for my salvation. Thank You for revealing Your love to me.
I love You and praise Your and proclaim Your name, Your love, and Your story to everyone.
Jesus, how may I glorify You today?
Jesus said, "I am the light of the world. Follow Me and you'll never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. Share My love and My light with everyone you meet."
Lord, my greatest desire is to become like You, to be one with You. Becoming one with You and with my family and friends, in communion with You, creates a new bond of love that I had never realized before. Praying together with one another, for one another reveals Your love for us and our love and appreciation for each other.
We know that You love and care for us and now we know that we can love and care for each other.
Thank You for being my God, my Father, my Mentor and my Friend.
All glory and honor is Yours Lord. Amen.
