I Gave My Only Son

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believed in Him may not perish, but may have eternal life."
John 3:16

Father, thank You for saving my life and for the gift of salvation and eternal life.

Jesus, thank You for coming into my life, for being my light in this world.
Lord, I love You, I believe in You, I have faith in You and I trust You to make my life heaven on earth.

Jesus, how may I glorify You today?

Jesus said, "Shine My light in this world. Be a witness and testify to Me, the true light, which has come into the world and enlightens everyone." John 1:6-9

Lord, Your word and Your Spirit are the light in my life. My desire is that everyone will know the One True Light of genuine life in You.

Jesus, may all that is You flow into me and may Your light shine forever for all to see. May Your body and blood be my food and drink. May Your passion and death be my strength and life. Jesus, with You by my side I can do all things.

Lord, I seek Your presence everyday and my desire is to love You as You love me. May nothing ever separate me from You.

Lord, as I read Your word and pray and reflect on what Your words mean in my life, may your Holy Spirit fill me with Your love and wisdom and knowledge and understanding.

Lord, fill me with Your pure creative heart so I may glorify You in new ways.

Jesus, You give me hope, and joy and energy and enthusiasm for life each day.
Guide and direct me in everything I think and do and say. Amen
