My Favor Was Upon Him

"Jesus grew and became strong, filled with wisdom, and the favor of God was upon Him." Luke 2:40

Jesus, as You lived on earth in Your youth and as a young man, You grew is wisdom and strength through prayer and work and time with the Father. Jesus, the more time I spend with You in prayer and doing good works, the stronger and wiser I grow.

Jesus,Your love and wisdom is my guiding light.
Your presence within me is my joy and delight.

Jesus, may all that is You flow into me
and fill me with Your love and wisdom.
May Your Spirit fill me with Your peace,
and carry me into Your kingdom.

Jesus, may I be aware of Your presence every minute of every day,
as I fill my mind, body, heart and soul with Your joy as I pray.

Lord, may I be focused entirely on You,
Living a life of love, in everything I do.

Jesus, I rejoice in Your love,
I celebrate Your presence in my life,
I am always thrilled that You are with me.

Jesus, how may I glorify You today?

Jesus said, "Look for Me in everyone you meet.
Become aware of their need for love and understanding.
Be a blessing to them for Me.
Let them be a blessing to you from Me.
Open your eyes and you will see Me in everyone and everything!"

Lord Jesus, thank You for filling my weakness with Your strength.
Thank You for Your presence, and for filling me with Your love, peace, wisdom, understanding, joy, and enlightenment!
