Build Your House On The Rock

Jesus said, "You who hear these words of Mine and act on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock. The rains fell. The floods came. And the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on rock."
Matthew 7:24-26

I pray...
Lord, make me a wise builder for eternity. I come to You. I seek Your presence. I hear and believe Your word. Lord, help me show my faith by my works of unreserved obedience.

I am building my life on Your Principles and Foundation.

God’s Principles and Foundation
“Gary, believe this…I love you, I created you, I gave you the world to have dominion over, because I want to develop a deep loving relationship with you and share life with you throughout eternity.
I want you to love Me with all you heart and mind and soul as I love you. I want you to honor our love, our relationship in service to Me, glorifying and praising Me to others so that they my also know me the way you do.
I created all good things in this world because of My love for you. The gifts you have received will help you know Me more easily and love Me more readily.
I ask you to show reverence for all the gifts of creation and I want you to work with Me to use these gifts.
Be a good steward and use My gifts in becoming a more loving person in caring for and developing My world.
But, if you abuse My gifts to you, or make them the center of you life instead of Me, you will break your relationship with Me and hinder your growth as loving people.
You must be indifferent and hold yourself in balance with all the gifts you have received, making only Me your God, the center of your life. For all these gifts have the potential of helping you be more loving and responsible to Me and those around you.”

And I prayed…Lord, my only desire, my prayer is that I receive the blessing of Your presence always, and that will lead me to a deeper relationship with You and my fellow man.
Thank You for loving me. Thank You for creating me. Thank You for my salvation. Thank You for the opportunity to know You and love You.
Thank You for inviting me to serve You.
