Grace And Peace Be Multiplied To You

"Graced and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of Me and of Jesus, your Lord, as His divine power has given you all things that pertain to life and godliness; that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

But also for this very reason giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For these things are yours in Jesus Christ."
2 Peter 1: 2-8

And I pray...
Father, Son and Holy Spirit, thank You for Your grace and peace in my life. By Your power and Your love You have lifted me out of the darkness and corruption of a sinful world, into the light and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

You have filled me with Your Holy Spirit that I may be more loving and kind and compassionate to others in this world. Thank You for Your love, Your wisdom and understanding of life. Thank You for saving my soul and inviting me to join You in Your work, Your mission of salvation for all people.

Jesus, may all that is You flow into me and make me the man You want me to be. May I be like You in everything I think, and say and do.

Lord, how may I glorify You today? Open my eyes Lord, show me the way.

And God said...
"Raise your aim, refine your high emotion, that with more ardent footsteps you may press on toward My holiness; and brace for sacred duty by devotion. It is by looking to Jesus that your heart, once so unstable, rash, and impetuous, has attained in addition to faith, virtue and knowledge, temperance, and patience; you have become more like your Lord and may move forward with diligence."

I pray...
Lord, may I live my life to Your glory and live a life that will require diligence on my part, ever aiming at something purer, higher, and holier. Jesus, may all that is You flow into me and may Your indwelling Spirit produce the fruit of every heavenly virtue in my heart.

Bless me Lord to be a blessing in Your Holy Name.
