Be Holy For I Am Holy

"When you do good and suffer, if you take it patiently,
this is commendable before Me for to this you were
called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you
an example that you should follows His steps."
I Peter 2: 21

And I prayed...
Father, as I profess my faith in Your beloved Son,
enable me to be a follower of Him as a child, in all
holy conversation and godliness, confessng Him
before men, that He may also confess me before
You, receive me into His heavenly kingdom, where
with You Father, and Your Holy Spirit, He ever lives
and reigns, one God, world without end.

And God said...
"Be holy, for I am holy." I Peter 1:16

And I prayed...
Jesus, may all that is You flow into me and
make me holy as I become like You.
Lord, I seek Your presence in everything
I think and say and do.

May I be holy in all my words and deeds so
that I may always glorify You.
Bless me this day to be a blessing to others
along the way.

Lord, open my eyes to see You in everything
and everyone I meet.

Surprise me today Lord.
