If you love Me

I prayed the scripture: "Lord, how will you manifest Yourself unto me, and not unto the world?"
John 14:22

And God said: "If you love Me, your will keep My word; and My Father will love you, and We will come to you and make Our home with you.
The Holy Spirit, who the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things that I have said.
My peace I give to you."

And I prayed: Lord, thank You for revealing the secret of precious communion which we who love You and keep Your words, alone know.

You have penetrated to my inmost heart the revelation of Your power and Your presence.
"Light of light, very God of very God." You make possible the manifestation of Christ to me.

Your name is "Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. And when You come to visit the heart of one of Your children, though there is neither word nor sign, nor outward manisfestation such as the world can recognize, Your still, small voice enters as no other voice could do, and I know full well that it is You Lord!

Lord, I want to hear more of Your secret teachings. I want to listen less to what man has to say and more of what You have said and written to me. No one teaches like You do.

The soul that has once known such communion and fellowship with You can never forget it, nor cease to long for it, as it is truest life, and deepest joy, tasted here on earth in earnest of full enjoyment in heaven, such as the heart of man cannot conceive!

And God said: "Our relationship continues to grow. Spend even more time with Me and I will bless you even more than you can imagine."
